Form of Delivery

JIVI always aims to provide the best shipping service with a competitive fee for all the orders that you place. JIVI supports nationwide delivery with specific delivery policies as follows:

1. Delivery fee

JIVI applies a new delivery fee according to the fee table below for all orders

Manila: ₱85

Luzon: ₱95

Visayas: ₱100

Mindanao: ₱105

Island: ₱115

2. Delivery time

JIVI will ship the goods within the agreed time when you complete the order procedures. Delivery time usually takes at least 3–7 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays), depending on the destination. Delivery time: delivered during daily office hours. (8h00 – 17h00). If you have a request for evening delivery, please actively contact the shipper to see if it can be delivered. In case they can’t deliver, they can report that they will go to the post office to pick up the goods directly

In case you choose bank transfer or credit card, the order processing time will be counted from the time JIVI receives your completed payment.

Please note that JIVI reserves the right to change the delivery time without prior notice in the event of a natural disaster or another special event.

Your order will be delivered in a maximum of 3 days (in case the first delivery is unsuccessful, a staff member will contact you to arrange a second delivery schedule with you). JIVI will try to contact you again within a few days. The next 1 working day (via SMS or direct call), if it is still not possible to contact you or we do not receive any response from you, the order will no longer be valid.

If after 3 unsuccessful deliveries, your order is kept at the JIVI Forwarding Center or the courier company’s office for the next 3 working days for you to pick up, the shipping fee (if applicable) in this case will not be deducted from the payment value of the order. After this time, the order will no longer be valid.

To check your order information or status, please use the Phone Number you used to place your order and check with customer service.

When the goods are delivered to you, please complete the payment and sign the confirmation with the delivery staff after checking the correct product and the correct price ordered.

Wrong product, wrong product, wrong price… as ordered. Please take a picture of the order, and product picture and send information to the Facebook fanpage for immediate support.
