Exchange and Return Policy
I. Regulations on product exchange and return
JIVI supports to exchange and return products in any form and any reason for sold products within 07 days from the date you receive the goods. JIVI accepts to exchange and return even if the product is a promotional product.
II. Product exchange and return process
Return products:
Return conditions:
The product is new and have unused yet: stamp, label, etc are intact.
Return period: 7 days from the date of receipt
Return procedure:
Step 1: Inbox JIVI facebook page, through pictures to determine if the product is defective or not?
Step 2: If the goods are returned, please send the goods to the address Quirino Hi-way, Brgy. Talipapa, Novaliches, Quezon City Quezon City, Philippines. You can take a photo of the bill of lading or record a video to prove that the goods have been sent.
Step 3: JIVI receive the goods and transfer the money back to you

Renewed products: may have a lower price than the first purchased product (in which case JIVI will refund directly or via bank transfer to the customer).
Exchange procedure:
Step 1: Contact the store or inbox JIVI facebook page to choose the model to change
Step 2: JIVI transfers the new goods to your place and collects the first goods, you do not need to go to the post office to deliver the goods.
Step 3: JIVI collects additional compensation on the spot or transfers the refund to you. Store: will be handled directly at the store. Online: Please send the goods back with the information form (New product you want to change + Name + Phone number). When we receive the goods, we will call back to confirm the information and proceed to exchange the goods for you.
Step 4: Send the goods to the address Quirino Hi-way, Brgy. Talipapa, Novaliches, Quezon City Quezon City, Philippines. You can take a photo of the bill after sending the goods so that we can easily track your order and process it faster for you.
III. Product exchange and return costs:
If the defects belongs to JIVI, we will bear all the costs of exchanging/returning the product when incurred. If you exchange goods because of your needs: The cost of exchanging goods will be borne by you.
